Our reward for offering you this uncompromising service has been that the percentage of returning clients we have welcomed continues to grow. We can now proudly say that 70% of our annual turnover is generated by the custom of our returning clients. After having worked in Surrey for over 20 years we feel this is a true sign of our success.
Honesty is a large part of how we work, in this spirit we acknowledge that there have been times we have let down our high standards by making mistakes. However as all successful companies know, to make a mistake is human nature but the manner in which you correct it is what shows character. We are always sure to correct any mistake with speed and capability.

We cater to the insurance sector, to local authorities and to several large organisations.
Keen to keep up our high standards we ask that clients fill in an optional site satisfaction sheet which has proven exceptionally helpful. In addition to this we are independently audited.

Experience
With 20 years experience under our belt as an established company we are ready to take on all drainage challenges.
We are proud that our directors stay active members of the team and supervise our work from training new staff to the latest project. Each director has 26 years skill and experience to their name.
To be a site supervisor or manager with us our staff must hold a minimum of 5 years experience.
As well as this we constantly update the training of all of our staff. These updates range from internal training to that from specialist companies such as City and guilds. Our staff has a variety of skills both in drainage and including first aid.
